It's calibrated for a 10 mph crosswind when the rifle is zeroed in at either 100 yards or 200 yards. You can get this reticle in standard non-illuminated format or in an illuminated version with 10 adjustable brightness settings, so you can "dial up" for maximum contrast between the crosshairs and the target in all light conditions.
